How to pay an online apartment reservation ?

 

You have to complete your reservation and during the final step, include your credit card number and expiry date. If you selected Non-Refundable cancellation policy, could credit card would be charged within 12 hours. If you selected cancellation with 14 days cancellation window, we will pre-authorise your credit card for a full amount 14 days prior your arrival. Once you arrive, you could pay with the same credit card, other credit card or cash,

What is the difference between Standard rate and Non-Refundable cancellation policies?​

​

We have 2 cancellation policies. Non-refundable cancellation policy means, that after reservation is confirmed, you will not be able to change the dates or request for a refund in case of no-show. Your credit card will be charged within 12 hours from reservation. Standard rate allows you to cancel or change your reservation until 14 days prior arrival. If there is less days left, reservation could not be changed or cancelled. 14 days prior arrival we pre-authorise full amount and you will pay with credit card or wish cash upon arrival.

In which currency does the payment made?

We charge in CZK (Czech Crowns), according to actual National Bank exchange rate. If you wish to pay in cash upon arrival, please select standard rate for your reservation. Upon arrival we could cancel blocked amount on your credit card if you decide to pay in cash. Cash payment are accepted in CZK, EUR and USD.

How far is Seven Wishes Boutique Residence from the Old Town?

​

Walking distance to the Old Town is 10 minutes. By tram it would take you 3 minutes to get to Republic Square and 7 minutes to Wenceslaus Square. By taxi it will cost 3 EUR to get to the Old Town.

 

Do you offer breakfast?

 

We do not have breakfast option. Within 100m from the residence, there are 3 cozy restaurants where you could have breakfast. Also each kitchen is fully equipped for preparing breakfast and dinner at home.

 

Do you have reception desk?

Yes, we have reception dest with flexible working hours. Our receptionist would wait for your arrival.

Which currency do we accept in our structure ?

​

If you selected free cancellation option, upon arrival you could pay with the same credit card, or cash in CZK or EUR.

 

How much is the taxi transfer from the airport?

​

Price for sedan is 30 EUR, it could fit up to 4 people. Price for minivan is 40 EUR, it could fit up to 6 people.

What could I expect in every apartment?

 

Each apartment has fully equipped kitchen with all essential utensils, high speed WI-FI, Smart-TV, Complementary Tea & Coffee, fresh linen and towels, extra comfort boxspring beds and mattresses.

 

Do you have Internet connection?

 

Each apartment has personal high speed WI-FI. Internet speed is 100 Mb/s. Perfect place for work and holiday.

 

Is smoking allowed ?

No. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment/building throughout your stay. Please select apartment with balcony or terrace if you wish to smoke during your stay
