Room Rates Conditions

• Prices quoted in EURO, including: VAT, maximum apartment occupancy (you will not be paying anything extra for additional guests), housekeeping, cleaning, towels change.

• The room rates are confirmed, and the price is final. Price will not be increased.

• Additional City Tax of 0,6 EUR per person per night will have to be paid upon arrival.

Arrival

• Check-in after 14:00 hours.

• Early arrival only on request, upon availability. We will do our best to prepare your apartment, if you arrive before 14:00.

Departure

• Check-out until 11:00

• If late check-out is required, please request it upon the check-in, and we will confirm availability of this service for you.

​

Parking

• Prior reservation is not required.

• € 12 / night

• Parking is set in location nearby, and fully secured. Walking distance to parking is 5 minutes.

Pets

• We do not allow any pets at our property.

​

Smoking Policy

• We do not allow smoking inside the apartment or building throughout the stay. Penalty is 200 EUR. Smoking is possible outside. Smoking is allowed on the balcony or terrace.

Reservation

• Valid credit card required to guarantee reservation.

• Once you complete the booking, you will receive an automated confirmation email from us.

Reservation conditions

• We strictly follow cancellation policy rules. If you require to change your booking, please check your cancellation policy before making reservation.

• If you book 3 or more apartments, we require 100% prepayment.

Cancellation policy

• Standard rate allows you to cancel your reservation 14 days prior arrival. Less than 14 days prior arrival cancellation or change of dates is not possible. If you require any changes, please email or call us.

• Non-refundable rate does not allow any cancellation or change of dates.

Child policy

• All children are welcome.

• You will not pay anything extra for children.

• Baby crib could be provided for free.
